Terms of Service

By confirming and placing your order you agree to abide by the terms of service detailed below.

Cancellation

 

Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the cancel request is sent before the item has been made or shipped.

Cancel requests received after the item has been made will be subject to a time and material fee.  This cost will be 25% of the purchase price.

Once the item has shipped it cannot be canceled. It then becomes a return 
 

Returns

Items may be returned as long as they are in unused condition. Returned items must be shipped back to us within 15 days after delivery. Shipping is covered by the buyer . Returns must include a completed form inside the box with order number and reason for return (eg. returning for refund, or exchanging for X product). We do not cover shipping costs. 

Chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed and may result in criminal charges for theft and/or felony postal fraud. Filing a chargeback is not an acceptable method of requesting a refund or cancellation. We ship all of our orders with signature confirmation to prevent theft.

Defective or Incorrect items

Any defective or incorrect items MUST be returned before a replacement can be issued. Customers who claim an item is damaged or does not match the description are required to return the merchandise before a replacement will be sent. We will cover the shipping cost for a defective or shipped incorrect item. 

Delivery/Shipping Policy

We ship from Oregon City, Oregon. Depending on size and weight we ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

Promotions

Promotional sales can not be retroactively applied and cannot not be combined with previous offers.
